Our hassle-free refund/cancellation policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way.
Eligibility for refund/cancellation:
- Your order is accepted but one of the items in the list is not available at the store..
- Your order wasn't placed at the store but your bank account was charged.
- In unlikely events, where store misses one of the order items and proposes a replacement which you can choose to reject, cancel the order and avail a full refund
- You cannot cancel an order once it is placed. Only exception to it being store agreeing to it specifically.
Should you wish to request a refund of your payment please contact us at email@example.com directly. Once we authorise that you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse payment to the originating bank account/credit card account.
MixGrub will do its best to ensure you receive back the 'full' amount you paid however this may not be the possible if ancillary bank charges or fees are incurred to make the refund payment.
We will notify you once the process is initiated. Refunds typically take 3-5 days, however some banks might take longer in which case we suggest you to contact your bank.
